Delete Your CARF Account
CARF gives customers and dealers a clear way to request account deletion, remove app access, and understand what application or finance records may need to be retained for compliance.
How to Request Account Deletion
To delete your CARF account, email credit@carfii.com with the subject line Account Deletion Request. Include your full name, the email address or phone number connected to your account, and whether the request relates to a customer application, dealer user account, or mobile app access.

What Happens After You Submit a Request
Identity verification
Before deleting or disabling an account, CARF may verify your identity to protect application data, dealer records, and financing information from unauthorized access.
Account access removal
Once verified, CARF will remove or disable the account access associated with your request, including app login access where applicable.
Confirmation
CARF will confirm when the request has been reviewed and completed, or explain if certain records must be retained for legal, security, accounting, fraud prevention, credit application, or regulatory reasons.
Information That May Be Deleted
- App profile details associated with your account.
- Login credentials and account access tokens.
- Non-essential communication preferences.
- Optional profile information that is not required for compliance.
Information CARF May Need to Keep
Some information connected to a financing application, credit request, transaction record, dealer workflow, consent record, or fraud prevention review may be retained where required or permitted by law. Retained records are kept only for legitimate business, legal, regulatory, security, or audit purposes.
